We became owners last year and love the area. Late last year we asked the board about AC units and it was put off until after the new year. I want to come back now and ask again, are we going to approve AC units? Summers are hot/humid and with inside temps over 80 degrees, it would seem past due to modernize our homes. There are AC units that minimize db levels also. So the question is, how do we get a board approval for AC units? Thank you – Tony Tate
